COMPANY POLICY
This policy explains the principles governing NAWA’s client service, property information, privacy, finance content, and website use.
We communicate honestly, act with discretion, disclose material conflicts known to us, and place clarity at the centre of every client relationship.
Descriptions, availability, areas, prices, yields, and imagery may change and must be independently verified before any commitment. Marketing content is not a valuation, warranty, or binding offer.
NAWA aims to publish accurate, current information and required licence details where applicable. Expired, misleading, or unverified property advertising is not accepted.
Calculators and finance content are illustrative only. NAWA is not a lender. Approval, rates, fees, affordability, and product suitability are determined solely by licensed providers.
We may collect contact details, property requirements, application responses, project information, uploaded documents, and technical preference data that you choose to provide.
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess service or partnership requests, prepare relevant recommendations, operate secure accounts, meet legal duties, and protect the website.
Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it. NAWA does not sell personal information. Data is disclosed only with an appropriate basis or where law requires it.
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used. Records are retained only for the service relationship, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Subject to Saudi law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data and may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Identity verification may be required.
Essential storage supports language, security, and privacy preferences. Optional experience storage is enabled only after consent. NAWA does not currently use advertising cookies.
Clients are served respectfully and without misleading pressure. Concerns may be sent to NAWA for review, without limiting a person’s right to contact the relevant Saudi regulator.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce protected material. Machine-draft translations should not be relied on where legal or financial precision is required.
